How to use: Type rough notes in plain language — short fragments are fine (e.g. "neck stiff, cant turn left, started 2 wks ago"). Choose which documents you need, click Generate Report, review the previews, then Print / Save PDF.

First time printing: in the print dialog, open More settings and turn Headers and footers to Off. This removes the file path and title that the browser would otherwise add at the top and bottom of the page. You only need to set this once.
